This study is a study of the work of Divalux Resort and Spa. The objective is to study the use of English in the workplace, foreign language communication opportunities, and internship experiences. Case studies in the front desk position, under the internship on the use of English in the form of study of hospitality and assistance by working with data as a determinant, starting from studying information from documents, and understanding the work. After that, put it into practice with work from small jobs, until high- level work that uses language as the main focus which comes from the skills of the people who work. There is study information from taking notes, the amount of various data in the system. Including information from other sources in each department to use in the English language study increases. The results of the study found that the use of English for communication at work excellent results were obtained in this case study Since the actual work, spend language with foreigners of many nationalities and learned about service work. This study I don't just use English or communication opportunities but it also shows upsides in using language to some aspects that leads to working in a variety of language fields and having access to work abroad.
